These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conphere mobile application for iOS (the "App"), operated by F5A LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of California, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Conphere is a free companion app for conferences and events. The App allows users to register for events using an event code, view event information and agendas, network with other attendees, and communicate using in-app messaging.

The App does not sell digital content, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

All rights in the App, including software, design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Conphere.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conphere is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
